There is one car-parking space per property at Ocean Blue.
All spaces are numbered so you can always find yours. Check your arrival emails for more details (accessing the carpark and finding your space).
On arrival, you'll find a luxury hamper containing locally-produced food and drink inside your holiday accommodation.
Contents vary, but may include Cornish cider, chocolate, coffee, tea, shortbread biscuits and apple juice.
The small print
What happens immediately after I book?
Once you've made your booking and paid your deposit, either over the phone or online, you will receive a confirmation email.
We'll send you important details about your stay so please ensure we have the correct email address at time of booking.
If you don't receive a confirmation email shortly after your booking, please check your junk folder. If you still can't find it, please get in touch so we can check your details.
Can I get a discount if I've stayed before?
If you've stayed with us before, you may qualify for a 5% discount on your next holiday.
Terms & conditions apply. Your previous stay must have been within the past 18 months.
If you think you qualify for this discount, please call us once you've made your booking and we'll apply the discount.
Unfortunately we can not refund any money after the balance has been paid, so it's essential that you make us aware that you qualify before paying the final balance of your holiday.
Essential parking information
As mentioned, you have the use of one parking space during your stay at Ocean Blue Cornwall.
Unfortunately we're unable to accommodate more than one car per property, due to very limited space. However, all spaces are numbered, and your number will be sent to you by email in advance of your arrival so you know where to park when you arrive.
On the day: As you drive up to the gates of the complex, they will open automatically for you to drive in and park.
PLEASE NOTE: Cars are not permitted in the car-park prior to 4pm on day of check-in.
The Ocean Blue complex is very close to Treyarnon Bay, with its large Pay & Display carpark for visitors to the beach. For this reason, please take extra care and drive slowly when entering and leaving Ocean Blue, being aware of families with young children.
What do I need to know about checking in?
We're a busy complex with many guests arriving and departing each week. We also have many staff members on site during change-over days to ensure all properties are cleaned and maintained to the highest standards for each new guest.
To keep the process as smooth as possible for all guests, check-in time is from 4pm.
If you expect to arrive much later than this, please call us in advance to let us know.
Accessing your holiday property:
The key to your property is in a secure locked box outside the front door of your apartment, cottage or beach house.
One week before your holiday, you will receive an email containing a four-digit number which opens this key box.
Simply enter your code into the keysafe lock, ensuring the relevant digits line up where indicated.
Open the keysafe lock, retrieve your key and unlock the door of your property.
What if I need to speak to someone when I arrive?
When you arrive for your Ocean Blue holiday, we want everything to be perfect and we work hard to ensure this is the case.
However, if you notice anything that you believe needs attention, the Manager's Office is open until approximately 5pm on the day of check-in.
You'll find the Manager's Office in the main carpark. Outside of these times, details of emergency contacts are below, or call the Main Office on 01841 719090 (open Monday-Friday, 9am - 5pm).
The Ocean Blue complex isn't staffed 24 hours a day. There is a list of all essential contact numbers (the office, maintenance, etc.) next to the phone in your apartment, should you need assistance when the Manager's Office is closed.
Once your holiday comes to an end, we request that guests vacate their accommodation by 10am on the date of departure.
Any vehicles in the carpark must also be removed by 11am, to allow space for cleaning and maintenance teams.
When you leave your property on the day of departure, simply drop your keys into the mailbox in the middle of the Ocean Blue complex carpark (not through the letterbox of your property!).
