We appreciate that in these extraordinary times some people may be apprehensive about their upcoming holiday or indeed booking a new holiday.
We want to assure you that our primary concern is the Health and Wellbeing of both our employees and customers and this is why we wanted to highlight all that we are doing in order to facilitate a safe and happy holiday.
Details for Existing & New Bookings
- We are, to the best of our ability ensuring a minimum 3 day changeover period between each booking thus exceeding the lifespan of COVID-19 on any surfaces.
- Our team have been fully briefed and we will continue to update as per Government guidelines to ensure that no one attends work unwell and increases any likelihood of spreading the virus.
- Additional training along with educational materials have been issued to ensure that at all times our team our operating and conducting their duties safely.
- We have always prided ourselves on the exceptional levels of cleanliness we uphold at Ocean Blue and our attention to detail and thorough cleaning has never been more keen than now.
- We are using commercial antibacterial and antiviral cleaning products sourced from a specialist medical cleaning supplier to ensure a comprehensive clean throughout the properties.
To provide you with confidence we are offering all customers who make a new booking to stay with us between now and the end of June 2020 the following:
- Reduction in Balance due date – Instead of 12 weeks prior to your holiday, you will pay your balance 4 weeks ahead of your arrival
- The ability to reschedule your holiday to an alternative 2020 date at with no movement fee or loss of monies paid if official Government advice at the time you are due to stay with us is not to travel*.
- The ability to reschedule your holiday to an alternative 2020 date at with no movement fee or loss of monies paid should you or a member of your group fall ill with COVID-19 and is suffering from it at the time you are due to stay with us**
* Ocean Blue must be notified of your intention to move your holiday at least 2 weeks prior to your arrival date
** All party members must have their names listed at the time of and only those listed will be covered by this policy
Ocean Blue remains a beautiful coastal destination with pristine Holiday accommodation so assuming advice allows, then come and enjoy some fresh air and make the best of otherwise difficult times.
