There is one car parking space per property at Ocean Blue, these are allocated and you will be provided with your space number before you arrive.
We regret that we are unable to provide more than one parking space per property – please do not bring two vehicles as you will not be able to park more than one car.
Please do not park in the beach car park overnight, this is not permitted – you will be fined.
Check-in is from 5pm. We regret we cannot offer an earlier check-in time.
The key to your property is in a secure locked box outside the front door of your apartment or cottage. You will be provided with a code within your pre-arrival documentation.
Please note that we cannot permit the entry of your vehicle to the site prior to the arrival time of 5pm.

The Ocean Blue office is situated in Padstow. You can contact us by phone on 01841 550998 or by email firstname.lastname@example.org. Our address is 5 Broad Street, Padstow, PL28 8BS (Cornwall Estates).
We have an emergency number which can be used in the event of an emergency outside office hours. The number can be found on your pre-arrival documentation. Please note that this number is only for emergency problems. Calls to this number which are not emergencies will be charged for.
What to bring
Linen and towels are provided for you however you will need to bring your own beach towels. The Ocean Blue site is self-catering, a small amount of cleaning products are left for you, aside from this you need to bring your own things. A full inventory of the items inside your holiday apartment or cottage can be provided upon request.
Please vacate at 10am on the day of departure.
Please also ensure your vehicle has been moved from the grounds by 10am as the cleaning team will arrive and require the site parking.
Please deposit your keys as directed within your pre-arrival documentation.
